We require a deposit equal to 5 weeks rent.
It is a legal requirement that all deposits are registered with one of the government approved deposit protection schemes. There are three steps to protecting your deposit:
You make payment of the deposit to us no later than the day before the tenancy begins.
We register your details, our details and send your deposit to Deposit Protection Service. We do not hold your deposit during the tenancy and it will be directly returned to you byt the service. You can follow the link below for the website of Deposit Protection Scheme:
Deposit Protection Service email you and us with confirmation that the deposit is protected.
You pay the first month's rent no later than the day before you move in. We require this as some banks can take 3 days to trnafer money between accounts.
We will email you confirmation of receipt the rent.
Landlords are required to complete a 'Right to Rent Check' to assess the immigration status of any new tenant aged 18 or over. The Right to Rent Check involves checking your passport or other official documents.

Tenants can have limited right to rent when there is a time limit on staying in the UK. This will apply if you have a visa as follows:
All documents provided must be original and produced in-person. We must take copies of all right to rent documentation for proof.
Before the property handover the tenancy agreemnt must be signed.
A copy of an agreemnt is sent to you during or at the end of apllication process. It is important that applicants read the agreement to understand the responsibilities of the tenant and the landlord.

After the tenancy agreement is signed then we release the keys and conduct a property handover.
We will show you around the property and explain how everything works. You may be given the inventory at this time or in the following days after moving in.
