We require a work reference and also a landlord reference if you are currently renting.
We will not contact your employer or landlord without your permission.
We request a reference from your employer and ask you to provide payslips for the last 3 months. The reference will confirm:
- Your income
- If your employment is permanent or contract
If you are currently renting or have rented int he past we request a landlord referenece to confirm:
- Dates of tenancy
- Payment record
- Condition of property
