We complete a check to assess your credit rating and payment history. If you have a poor credit history this may not be a problem but it is important that you tell us as soon as possible.
We will only complete a credit check after you have given your permission.
As part of the finance check we will request recent financial statements.
We require a work reference and also a landlord reference if you are currently renting.
We will not contact your employer or landlord without your permission.
