G1. Fit door stops as indicated by JAM (front living room, rear living room/hall door, hall door at base of stairs, kitchen door, front bedroom door, rear bedroom door, bathroom).

FLR1. Hack off damp plaster beyond last sign of dampness. Treat damp patch to rear chimney recess and rear partition wall with tanking.
Replaster with Renderlite.
Skim finish.
FLR2. Change lampshade.

RLR1. Understairs area cleared.

K1. Refix with adhesive trims to doors to sink unit.
